Refund policy

This Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

You may return any Mooi Hair Extensions in their original condition for a full refund or exchange within 28 working days of delivery, provided you have notified us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the extensions, and they have not been applied, prepared for application, or used in any manner.

You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Goods to us. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely, and for your protection, we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

If you are returning faulty or damaged items, we will refund the cost of returning your order, provided that you use a tracked delivery service and supply us with a receipt proving the cost of return.

Goods purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, not as individual items.

Applicable refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received, inspected, and comply with the terms of return contained herein.*
